TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By purchasing the services of FreshGraphix Design as a client, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions:

FEES & PAYMENT:
 
A 50% deposit of the total value of the project is required before any work can commence. If the client, for whatever reason, decides to cancel their order, after any type of works or proofs have been submitted, the client will be held responsible for all charges. This is to cover time spent working on the client's project.  

Any design element from a third party, such as stock photos, clip-art, photography etc. needs to be paid in full before such artwork will be bought and used in any project.

Printing of client's project can be arranged, but the client must pay the cost of printing and shipping IN FULL, before an order can be placed.



CHANGES & ADDITIONS:
Depending on the complexity of the project, there is an allowance of up to 5 changes per project. An additional fee will be charged after the first 5 amendments. This is also to cover cost of the time taken to do complex changes.
